In the report on the prevention of corruption in 2014 to Congress, the Government Inspector General Huynh Phong Tranh said barometer of global corruption of the world Transparency Vietnam still evaluating the level of participation corruption in the public sector is very serious.
As a voter, I strongly oppose this review. This is not an objective conclusion, dishonesty, one-sided nature, not a right, enough said, stating the status of corruption in our country.
The reason is that according to the report also said that from the beginning of the year there were nearly 8,000 inspections and administrative 190,000 inspections, test subjects. Through inspectors found nearly 32,000 billion violation, revocation petition Budget 27.000 billion paid out, excluded from the settlement value of 4.800 billion ... Inspectorate all levels and branches also proposed treatment liability for 1,700 collective, nearly 3,000 individuals ...
To the police, the report said police were investigating the level of acceptance of the 415 cases with 1,031 offenders accused of corruption. Total losses are determined on 6.700 billion, has withdrawn the state budget of 1,500 billion (22.3%, an increase of 14.1% compared with 2013). ..
Through this shows a great effort in the inspection, testing, but frankly the fight against corruption has yet to achieve real results in the report: "... comments on the situation corruption remain the heavy, worry no change ".
Recently, at the HCM City voters (14/10), evaluation of prevention of corruption, President Truong Tan Sang also bluntly: "The requirement is to 'prevent and gradually push ', dared not answer that question, now is not really dare to answer. as for it not to be prevented and repel each step so unsatisfactory ". Chairman also said:" Anti-taking corruption is not reached, pressing the right people. "
Back to the report of the Inspector General Huynh Phong Tranh, look at the figures also show that the ... scared.
Appalled by only since the beginning of the year (20/10 days) with 198,000 to the inspection, testing and specialized administration. That is a distance of 20,000 bar, check each month and each day that is about ... 700 raids, check Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Sao bar, check really about? Corruption must make "winter as natural forces" and "much like leaves forest" is very new to the inspection and examination to that?
Then I discovered some 32,000 billion violations, according to public opinion, the findings of this ancient usually just "part of the iceberg sank," but according to the calculation of this figure shows ... seats that already. By 32 trillion VND / month ie 10 per month and per day is 3,000 billion ... 100 billion violations!
From the few figures, confirmed his evaluation of Transparency world corruption in Vietnam is not objective, dishonest, superficial nature, not right, enough said, stating the status of corruption in our country because according to her, corruption in Vietnam is ... very, very serious and not just "very serious" as they know!?.

Natural disaster
Disaster is an effect of natural disasters (eg floods, (storm), volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and landslides) may affect the environment, and lead to financial losses, environmental and / or human. Damage caused by natural disasters depends on the resistance and recovery of people with disaster.
This understanding is concentrated in the formulation: "disasters occur when the risk occurs along the vulnerable." A natural risk therefore can not lead to a natural disaster in areas without vulnerability, eg large earthquakes in uninhabited areas. The term natural has therefore been controversial because of the simple fact is not disaster risk or otherwise related to humans.
Earthquake
Main article: List of earthquakes
An earthquake is a sudden movement of the Earth's crust. These oscillations may differ in magnitude. Sources of ground vibration is called "focal" (focus). Focus point on the Earth's surface is called the "epicenter". The earthquake we rarely fatal to humans or wildlife. Often the secondary effects caused by them, such as buildings collapse, fires, tsunamis and volcanoes, is the human catastrophe. Because many events above can be prevented by better housing, security systems, early warning and evacuation plans, the term non-natural disasters are not identified.
An earthquake of the most notable recent include:
Indian Ocean earthquake of 2004, the second largest earthquake in recorded history, with a 9.3 magnitude. The massive tsunami caused by the earthquake caused at least 229,000 deaths.
2005 Kashmir earthquake 7.6-7.7, leaving 79,000 people dead in Pakistan.
Java Earthquake 7.7 in July 2006, also caused the tsunami.
Sichuan earthquake in 2008 took place May 12 with a magnitude of 7.9 degrees in Sichuan, China. The number of deaths is more than 61.150 at the time of May 27, 2008.
Eruption
Main article: Types of volcanic eruptions
A possible eruption itself was a disaster because of the volcanic explosion or by falling rocks, but there are many effects can occur after an eruption and often at risk to human life.
Lava can be created in an eruption of the volcano, it is a material composed of rock super hot. There are many different forms of lava may be friable or sticky like glue. When it flows from the volcano destroyed any buildings, trees that it encounters.
Volcanic ash - generally means cold ash - may form a cloud, thick and falls down the neighborhood. When mixed with water it forms a kind of concrete materials. The quantity of ash accumulation can collapse roofs and even in small quantities it can cause harm to human health if inhaled. By ash contains abrasive glass it moving equipment such as motors.
Super Volcano: According to the Toba catastrophe theory 70 to 75 thousand years ago a super volcanic event took place at Lake Tuba reduce the population to 10,000 or even 1,000 breeding pairs may create a bottleneck in the evolution of mankind. It also killed three quarters of all types of plants in the northern hemisphere. The main danger from a super volcano ash cloud is large because it creates can cause disastrous effects on climate and the Earth's temperature over the years.
The lava flow floors with a hot cloud of volcanic ash is generated in the air above the volcano, under the weight of it will quickly fall down and go quickly burning spill anything on the road. It is believed that Pompeii was destroyed by a lava flow of stories.

Clean Water
Drinking water or clean water is water safe enough to be consumed by
humans or used with low risk of immediate or long term harm.
Water is a precious factor in our
life. We need water for washing, drinking, watering, and so on. However water
is more and more polluted nowaday. What is the causes of water pollution and
effects of water pollution. Water is polluted by human activities, agricultural
activities, industrial activities. The wate pollution have huge serious impact
to people and marine ecosystem.
Firstly, there are some main cause
of water pollution. Human activities is making water polluted day by day.
People put untreated sewageinto rivers, lakes. And then it will flow to oceans. In addition, they dump a lot of waste near to rivers or lakes or in them. Waste is very difficult to degrade. Paper needs two weeks to degrade. Plastic bag need four years to degrade and glass needs a long time, not exactly to degrade. After their degrade, there are many harm for water source. Moreover,
peope use detergents to wash or clean some thing, that change the chemical in water. Water is polluted by human activities.
Secondly, angricutural is also a cause of water pollution. Farmer uses fertiliser and pesticides to protect their plants, but it is very dangerous to enviroment especcially, water. And intensive farming lead to concentration of sulury and silage, thats will put into water source. And the third cause is industrial activities the most cause of water pollution.
A lot of untreated water put into river. Some factory use fresh water to carry your waste from their plants to river or ocean. There fore, river and ocean have to contain a huge of waste. The other industrial is burning fossil fuel make water pollution. This is indirect of water pollution. After burning fossil fuel a lot of acidic go into air and it will mix with vapor water in atmosphere, that make acidic rain. Acidic rain fall again into river and ocean. And oil spill make water polluted seriously. Oil cover surface of ocean and many chemical flow into water, petro-medical, lead, mercury, all pollutants in one. These above is causes of water pollution.
Turning to the effects of water pollution on effects to people and effects to marine ecosystem. The first effect is harmful for human. People is lack of fresh water to use. So they have to spend much money on buying fresh water. That is waste a lot of money. Some of them is not enough money to buy water pollution so they must use dirty water. Through using dirty water, people easy to get lung cancer, typhoid, skin' diseases. The second effects of water pollution is harm for marine ecosystem. Many fishes and other animals are died by water pollution. Animals are tangled into plastic bag. Moreover, animals are covered by oil after oil spills. Oil is diresolve and it is not remove on body of animals. So they will weak and die slowly. Water pollution destroy marine ecosystem.
Water pollution is caused by human activities, agricutural activities and industrial activities with negative effects to people and marine animals. How can you do to protect our water source- protect our enviroments. I hope that all of you have more awareness in decreasing water pollution. Your small action will contribute a part in protect water. Let' protect our earth.

Deforestation
Deforestation is when human remove or clear large areas of
forest land and related ecosystems for non-forest use. These include clearing
for farming purposes, ranching and urban use.In these cases, trees are never
re-planted.
Where deforestation happen:
Top 10 highest deforestation countries in world:
1)Brazil
2)Indonesia
3)Russia
4)Mexico
5)Papua New Guinea
6)Peru
7)USA
8)Bolivia
9)Sudan
10)Nigeria
Deforestation is one of the causes of environmental
pollution, the phenomenon of the earth warming, famine, floods, accidents in
village forest elephants quit killing people, destroying property ... as well
as the destruction of the forest under the forest canopy caused ecological
imbalance serious, leading to erratic climate change, floods, flash floods,
landslides, and a lot of diseases.
Worldwide, deforestation causing damage to the $ 45 billion
/ year. According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Environment
America, each year on average in the world with about 33 million hectares of
forest destroyed for many different purposes has generated more than 1.5
billion tons of CO2 into the environment, accounting for 20% of man-made
emissions causing the greenhouse effect makes the earth warmer temperatures.
It is estimated that the deforestation as at present, by
2050, up to two billion people, or 20% of the world population will become
dehydrated. Most of these people suffer from water shortages living in
developing countries. Besides food sources are also at risk threatened to
irrigation water becomes scarce.
Effects of deforestation in watershed VN
According to the latest report of the World Food Programme
(FAO), VN is one of five countries most heavily affected from natural
disasters, especially storms and flooding rain. Rain storms in the territory VN
increasing both the frequency and the dangers, are becoming real threats to
human life and the development of the economy.
Besides the causes such as geographical features, climate
change causes flooding situation in VN is becoming increasingly fierce, there
is a direct cause of the people. Watershed deforestation for logging,
agriculture development, hydropower ... as vegetation in the basin are
decreasing leading to deter poor flow, flood focus faster.
In mid-October last several provinces in central region
floods occurred several days of continuous rain caused heavy losses of life and
property. This time the rain functional departments rated as one hundred years
and concluded, was due to watershed deforestation. When headwater forests are
cut down, the intensity of the floods come quickly, making the water rise very
quickly. Trees to prevent floods, disasters erratic. When the high water, trees
and prevents water power plant roots will absorb flood waters somewhat. There
are trees, water power stronger support, windbreak trees and weaken the power
in the storm passes through the area. According to scientists, the forest areas
and watershed protection forests in the central provinces were razed to make
room for hydropower are losing the ability to regulate water when heavy rains
upstream, this is a major cause caused more severe flooding days.
Our country is actively implementing two major programs such
as the National Target Programme to Respond to Climate Change and National
Programme for Disaster Prevention. The central goal of this program is to plant
and protect forests. From the model performed until results are still quite a
distance away and does not know when the new narrow this gap, to avoid danger
to yourself and future generations.
Solution.
_Curb the felling trees,by employing a series of rules and
laws to gover it.
_Clear cutting of forests must be banned.
_Cutting must be replaced by planting young trees to replace
the older ones that were cut.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING
What is human trafficking?
Human Trafficking is theillegal
movement of people, typically for the purpose offorced labor or commercialsexual
expoitiation.Modern day slaveryPeople are bought, sold, and traded.
All too often, individual stories of crime victims are buried
under a multitude in statistics. It is important to remember that for, each
prosecution, each statistic, and each victim rehabilitation there is a human
being who has been tragically affected.
In recent years, human trafficking has
become a problem, causing annoyance to the whole society, not only in Vietnam
but also in the whole world. The situation of human trafficking offenses in
general and trafficking in women and children in particular, increasingly
complex movements; the nature and operation of tricks increasingly serious,
sophisticated, cunning; many cases have held tight and transnational. Notably
appeared some lines put people to China to sell organs for private hospitals,
resulting in the victim being killed.
Crime of human trafficking in the
border Vietnam - China has alarming and increasingly appears many new moves. In
International Conference on Vietnam - China issued by the General Department of
Police prevent and combat organized crime, the two sides agreed to coordinate
their plans to open the first peak attack, suppress crime of human trafficking
on the border Vietnam - China.

John
John was 16 years old when he ran away from
his home in Nebraska, hoping to see the country. He arrived in New York
City and was quickly stranded once he ran out of money. He was sleeping
on the streets and fell in with a group of older homeless youth who introduced
him to injecting heroin. Within a few months they also introduced him to
some older men who would pay him for sexual favors so that he could afford the
heroin that he now needed in order to get through the day.
John initially made
contact with street outreach workers who referred him to more ongoing supportive
services and helped him find the resources he needed to take care of himself,
including shelter and psychiatric help to manage his addiction. John had
never told anyone about how he was supporting himself and his drug habit while
on the street and he had a lot of shame and anxiety about this. After a
few weeks of non-judgmental counseling he began to open up about his experience
of trading sex for drug money and especially what this meant to him as a
heterosexual young man. Through the counseling and services he received
he was able to get his GED, find a job, and move into a supportive housing
program for young people who are recovering drug users.
Vicky
Vicky F., a young woman from Mexico, came to the United States with her husband, Jorge. They left their young son back home with Jorge's mother. Jorge convinced Vicky to work as a prostitute so that they could save money to build a house back home. He kept all the money she earned and sent it directly back home to his family. Vicky was not allowed to keep a dime. He told her that if she did not work as a prostitute, she would never be allowed to see their son again. He threatened her with physical abuse and hit her when she disobeyed him.
Vicky's mother grew suspicious after she did not hear from her daughter for an extended period and contacted the authorities. She had a telephone number for Vicky that was traced to an apartment in Queens. Law enforcement investigated and located Vicky, who broke down and told them what Jorge was forcing her to do. They helped Vicky find a place to stay and referred her for counseling. Vicky cooperated with the prosecution in the case against Jorge. He received one of the longest sentences for human trafficking to date. Vicky now has a T visa and has been reunited with her son.

International trade
International Trade?
Is the exchange of goods and services between countries. This work gives rise to a world economy, it lead to prices affect and are affected by global events. Political are changing in Asia.
Ex:If you buy a shoes in US, then it'll cost you like 50$. But same shoes you buy in Viet Nam may cost about 70-90$ because of the following problem.

Ex:If you buy a shoes in US, then it'll cost you like 50$. But same shoes you buy in Viet Nam may cost about 70-90$ because of the following problem.
International trade have lots of problems and difficulties.
1. Distance:
Long distance between different countries, it is difficult to close trade contacts between traders. Buyers and sellers rarely meet
one another.
There
is a great time lag between placement of order and receipt of goods from
foreign countries. Distance creates higher costs of transportation and greater
risks.
2. Different languages:
Languages are spoken and written in different countries. Price lists and
catalogues are different in foreign languages. Advertisements and correspondence
have to be done in other languages.
A
trader wishing to buy or sell goods abroad must know the foreign language or
employ somebody who knows that language.
3. Transportation and communication:
Dispatch
and receipt of goods takes a longer time and involves considerable expenses.
During the war and natural calamities, transportation of goods becomes even
more difficult. Similarly, the costs of sending or receiving information are
very high.
4. Risk in transit:
Foreign
trade involves much greater risk than home trade. Goods have to be transported
over long distances and they are exposed to perils of the sea. Many of these
risks can be covered through marine insurance but increases the cost of goods.
5. Lack of information about foreign businessmen:
Lost of direct and close relationship between buyers and sellers. Special steps are necessary to verify the creditworthiness of foreign buyers.
It is difficult to obtain reliable information concerning the financial
position and business standing of the foreign traders. Therefore, credit risk
is high.
6. Import and export restrictions:
Every
country charges customs duties on imports to protect its home industries.
Similarly, tariff rates are put on exports of raw materials. Importers and
exporters have to face tariff restrictions.
They
are required to fulfil several customs formalities and rules. Foreign trade
policy, procedures, rules and regulations differ from country to country and keep
on changing from time to time.
7. Documentation:
Both
exporters and importers have to prepare some documents which include expenditure of time and money.
8. Study of foreign markets:
Foreign market has its own characteristics. It has requirements, customs,
weights and measures, marketing methods, etc., of its own. An extensive study
of foreign markets is essential for success in foreign trade. It is very
difficult to collect accurate and up to date information about foreign markets.
9. Problems in payments:
Every country have their own amount of money and their own way to payment.Remittance of money for payments in foreign trade involves much time and expense. Due to wide time gap between dispatch of goods and receipt of payment, there is greater risk of bad debts.
10. Frequent market changes:
It
is difficult to anticipate changes in demand and supply conditions abroad.
Prices in international markets may change frequently. Such changes are due to
entry of new competitors, changes in buyers' preferences, changes in import
duties and freight rates, fluctuations in exchange rates, etc.
Benefits of International Trade
_Create work and jobs in every country and new business.
_New company.
_Choise of goods and product.
_New company.
_Choise of goods and product.
International
Trade Issues
U.S. citizens are linked
to the international problem of child labor in part through our trade
relationships with other countries. It is well-documented that some of the
mined, manufactured, and agricultural goods produced for export to the United
States involve the use of child laborers or forced labor. In 2010, the U.S.
Department of Labor issued a report entitledList of Goods Produced by Child
Labor or Forced Labor which lists 128 products from 70 countries that
have been documented to involved the use of child labor or forced labor.

Healthcare
Healthcare system?
Health provision varies
around the world. Almost all wealthy nations provide universal health care (the
US is an exception). Health provision is challenging due to the costs required
as well as various social, cultural, political and economic conditions.
There isn’t one answer to
health care provision, but a number of systems and issues seem to be emerging.
This page provides a high level overview.
Inverse care
People with the most means – whose needs for
health care are often less – consume the most care, whereas those with the
least means and greatest health problems consume the least. Public spending on
health services most often benefits the rich more than the poor in high- and
low-income countries alike.
Impoverishing care
Wherever people lack social protection and
payment for care is largely out-of-pocket at the point of service, they can be
confronted with catastrophic expenses. Over 100 million people annually fall
into poverty because they have to pay for health care.
Fragmented and
fragmenting care
The excessive specialization of health-care
providers and the narrow focus of many disease control programs discourage a
holistic approach to the individuals and the families they deal with and do not
appreciate the need for continuity in care. Health services for poor and
marginalized groups are often highly fragmented and severely under-resourced,
while development aid often adds to the fragmentation.
Unsafe care
Poor system design that is unable to ensure
safety and hygiene standards leads to high rates of hospital-acquired
infections, along with medication errors and other avoidable adverse effects
that are an underestimated cause of death and ill-health.
Misdirected care
Resource allocation clusters around curative
services at great cost, neglecting the potential of primary prevention and
health promotion to prevent up to 70% of the disease burden. At the same time,
the health sector lacks the expertise to mitigate the adverse effects on health
from other sectors and make the most of what these other sectors can contribute
to health.
There are numerous
ways such a system is provided, for example:
·
Government funded (tax
paid) national systems
·
Government funded but
user fees to top up (often at point of use)
·
Health insurance
systems (funded by governments, citizens, or some mixture)
·
Decentralized, private
systems run for profit or not for profit
Different parts of the
world have used different means for health care and generally, poorer nations
have struggled to provide adequate health care.
these are some countries have the best or worst healthcare system in the world.

Should Drugs be Illegal?
What
is drug? A drug is,
in the broadest of terms, a chemical substance that
has known biological effects on humans or
other animals. Foods are
generally excluded from this definition, in spite of their physiological
effects on animal species.
At present, in the United States, many different
drugs such as cocaine, heroin, crack, ice and marijuana are illegal. This seems
reasonable, as substances such as these can be addictive, mind-altering, and in
some cases lethal. However, the United States out to legalize these and other
drugs in spite of these facts. This is not to advocate the use of these drugs -
they are harmful, both physically and emotionally. But legalization will help
to alleviate our drug problem, while helping the American economy.
There are millions of people in our country who
are addicted to narcotics. Will drug use rise significantly as a result of
legalization? Bennett argues, "The lesson is clear: If you're in favor of
drugs being sold in stores like aspirin, you're in favor of boom times for drug
users and drug addicts. With legalization, drug use will go up, way up." (W.
Bennett, "Mopping Up After The Legalizers: What the Intellectual Chorus
Fails to Tell You", Washington Times, December 15, 1989). He voices a
legitimate concern, as no one wants to see these products become even more
widespread in an already drug-infested society.
Another
benefit of legalization would be a decrease in the incidence of infectious
viruses (such as HIV) that are spread by sharing needles intravenously, as
there would be a new market for legitimate drug paraphernalia. One expert notes
that, "... about 25 percent of all AIDS cases here and in Europe, as well
as the large majority of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-infected
heterosexuals, children and infants are believed to have contracted the disease
from illegal intravenous drug use"(Nadelman,
E: "Drugs; The Case for legalization", Washington Post October
8). The days of people struggling to find any sharp (and often
infected object to inject their drugs with would be over; safe needles would
become as easy to find as cigarette holders. This health improvement alone
would save the United States billions of dollars in the long run, and might be
an important impetus in alleviating a deadly, world-wide epidemic.
Legalizing drugs, then, would save the United States a
large sum of money, but what about the fight to stop drug use? Several
different programs could be set up with the savings that the nation would enjoy
as a result of drug legalization. The nation could use some of the billions of
dollars it would save to promote better programs on the effects of addictive
and mind-altering drugs. The United States could also utilize these funds by
creating more hospitals for people who are affected by drug addiction. In
addition, the nation could conduct more research to find out how to treat those
who are addicted to these drugs; this disease could be treated as such instead
of as a crime.

Science and Technology
Science and technology is a term of art used to encompass the relationship between science human and technology. It frequently
appears within titles of academic disciplines (science and
technology studies) and government
offices.
Science and technology may be partly responsible for many of
the problems that face us today. The problems are the advancement of weapons,
bombs, biochemical and nuclear weapon, which brought us violence amongst
ourselves and others. Another problem is human dependences on technology, such
as the internet, computers, cell phones etc. Yet one of the biggest problems is
pollution. Three types of pollution that dominate they are water, air and noise
pollution.
Water is one of the several resources that we need most, many people can survive without food for several weeks but they cannot survive without water for less then a week. According to Water Pollution web site “millions of liters of water are needed every day worldwide for washing, irrigating crops, and cooling industrial processes.” The advancement of science and technology causes much water pollution, such as dumping toxic waste into rivers, ponds, oceans, and even small creeks. For example, many Third World countries that are trying to get their country industrialized lack the funds to dispose of their wastes probably. But instead, they dump their toxic pollutants into surrounding bodies of water. All of the toxins that they dump, can be washed out into the rivers, seas, or oceans can contaminate our water we use everyday to wash our face, hands, clean our dishes, and much more.
The air that we breath everyday to keep us alive, imagine if the air are been polluted through our industrial everyday. According to Air Pollution and Respiratory Health web site, “In 1991 American industry emitted more than 2.4 billion pounds of toxic pollutants into the atmosphere. In 1991, 98 areas exceeded the Environmental Protection Agency's recommended levels for ozone, and an estimated 140 million Americans lived in those areas.” Of all those pollution in the atmosphere and over thousand, even hundred of thousand as breathing it everyday it can cause many health problems to a lot of people. The advancement of our industrial not only causes us health problem only but it also depleting our ozone and cause us global warming. The technologies that we build some of them which contain CFC Chlorofluorocarbon, a compound consisting of chlorine, fluorine, and carbon, CFC are commonly been used in refrigerators, solvents, cars, and many more. The CFC can break down by strong ultraviolet light in the stratosphere and release chlorine atoms that then deplete the ozone layer. If the ozone layer been depleted the ultraviolet light will go through and can cause us skins cancer.
The advancement of science and technology affected us in many negative ways in term of destruction, pollution, insecurity in daily life, and health problem. Weapons which brought destruction and which help to created war. Harmful affects of chemical such as CFC in our cars, refrigerator, and machinery that destroy the ozone, which protect us from the heat of the sun and also prevent us from have skins cancer. The more machineries and technology we built the more resources we need. The more natural habitat will be destroy so people could get those resources, and the natural habitat is to help us from polluting the air and protect our ozone. So science and technology are responsible for many of the problems that face us today.
The
actual problems are about how humans use technology. The "solutions"
are not specific, but rather determined on the purpose of using technology and
the reliance on technology. If we can use technology for constructive purposes
and minimize the reliance on technology, there will be no "problems".

Piracy
Piracy refers to the unauthorized duplication of copyrighted content that is then sold at substantially lower prices in the 'grey' market. The ease of access to technology has meant that over the years, piracy has become more rampant. For example, CD writers are available off the shelf at very low prices, making music piracy a simple affair.
Piracy is done in many ways like video piracy, cable piracy, and DVD/CD piracy. Video piracy takes place when a film is produced in the form of a videocassette without proper authorization from the right holder i.e. the producer. Often, film producers sell video rights to another party (generally after six weeks or more of release in theatres), which makes video cassettes for selling, or lending.
The videocassettes on sale are meant for home viewing only. Cable piracy refers to unauthorised transmission of films through cable network. Very often, films, especially the new releases, are shown through cable without permission from the rights holder. Piracy is a rare phenomenon in satellite channels because these are organised and generally do not show films without buying proper rights.
Music piracy refers to the unauthorised replication of music cassettes that flood the market as soon as the launch of a new release. Music companies' revenues hit hard by the deluge of pirated compact discs and cassettes, as these are available at substantially lower prices compared to that at stores.
DVD/VCD piracy of Indian films happens in the international markets. The prints sent for overseas screening of the film are pirated, typically at any of the Middle East country airports. DVD/VCD prints are prepared and are send to Pakistan. From Pakistan, these prints may even travel to Nepal and enter the country by land.
Why it is a problem?
Many laws have been made to prevent privacy. Internationally, the laws for punishing piracy in developed countries are stringent and punitive in nature. In Asian countries and more in India too, it does not get the attention at the national level due to more engaging issues at hand. However, the industry, especially the IT and music industry, has been taking active interest in stemming the rot. These organizations identify sources of music piracy and then conduct raids with the help of the police. However, convictions are few and the penalties not harsh enough to act as a deterrent.

Why it is a problem?
Software piracy is a real problem, Especially Furniture
Businesses to Develop and market the software. Piracy Costs Billions of dollars
companies. On a global scale, software piracy dropped just 1 percent from 2009
to 2010 - to 42 percent. The Highest piracy rate Central and Eastern Belongs to
Europe at 64 percent; in North America, 21 percent of software used in 2010 was
pirated in 2010 The total cost of software piracy around the world came to an
estimated $ 59 billion, Nearly double the cost to Businesses in 2003 [source:
Business Software Alliance]. One of the largest counterfeit operations made
news in the past Furnishings FEW years targeted Microsoft's operating systems
and other products. These pirates managed to sell $ 2 billion worth of coal
more of illegal merchandise in 27 Different Countries.
Solution:
Since 2008, people has been fighting piracy and protecting content with innovative methods and technology which have proven to be the most effective in the industry. We operate efficiently, and aggressively to resolve existing piracy problems, and work with clients to maintain enforcement prior to, during, and post-release. We are here to help. Our methods are proven. There are no alternatives.

Income Inequality
There is a fact existing about inquality in the world ,also known
as a very famous principle: Pareto. 80–20 rule, the law of the vital few, and
the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the
effects come from 20% of the causes. In 1906,Pareto
observed that 80% of the land in Italy was owned by 20% of the
population; Pareto developed the principle by observing that 20% of the pea
pods in his garden contained 80% of the peas. Therefore,we can see that 80%
of the world’s money belong to 20% of the population in the world known as “the
richest”.
The cause of this income inequality, I think the main things
here is the different of education level because, the higher level of education
can make lots and lots of money cause of
there job. Lower education level that can not get in to a good company will or may turn to a worker. And you know,
worker even those they have to work like 12 hours a day but can not earn enought
money that the higher education level earn. And there are lots of thing that
may be the cause of income inquality like because of luck, orientation ,……
Evaluation: The distinction of rich people and poor people. That’s taken as
unfair. Minght be in social survice.
Rich people could pay a lot of money to healing but poor people can not. Rich
people are always welcomed but poor people are not. But income inequality still
has its positive effect: rich people get what they deserved because they’ve
work hard to earn lots of money.
Solution:
_Anti dicrimination: poor people and rich people are welcome
at the same way.
_Support social service: Free school
Free
healthcare
_Civil education : educate citizen to respect of personal
honor than dirty money.

War and conflict related to Organization.
I)United Nation Security Council.
What is United Nation Security Council.?The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations and is charged with the maintenance of international peace and security. Its powers include the establishment of peacekeepingoperations, the establishment of international sanctions, and the authorization of military action through Security Council resolutions; it is the only UN body with the authority to issue binding resolutions to member states. The Security Council held its first session on 17 January 1946.
History of United Nation Security Council? The earliest concrete plan for a new world organization was begun under the aegis of the US State Department in 1939. US President Franklin D. Roosevelt first coined the term 'United Nations' as a term to describe the Allied countries. The term was first officially used on 1 January 1942, when 26 governments signed the Atlantic Charter.
The Veto Power Of the United Nation Security Council.
The "power of veto" refers to the veto power wielded solely by the permanent members, enabling them to prevent the adoption of any "substantive" draft Council resolution, regardless of the level of international support for the draft. The veto does not apply to procedural votes, which is significant in that the Security Council's permanent membership can vote against a "procedural" draft resolution, without necessarily blocking its adoption by the Council.
The veto is exercised when any permanent member—the so-called "P5"—casts a "negative" vote on a "substantive" draft resolution. Abstention or absence from the vote by a permanent member does not prevent a draft resolution from being adopted.
II) The European Union
What is The European Union ?
The European Union (EU) is a politico-economic union of 28 member states that are primarily located inEurope. The EU operates through a system of supranational independent institutions and intergovernmentalnegotiated decisions by the member states. Institutions of the EU include the European Commission, theCouncil of the European Union, the European Council, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Central Bank, the Court of Auditors, and the European Parliament. The European Parliament is elected every five years by EU citizens.
History of The European Union?
The European Union was formally established when the Maastricht Treaty—whose main architects were Helmut Kohl andFrançois Mitterrand—came into force on 1 November 1993. In 1995, Austria, Finland, and Sweden joined the EU. In 2002, euro banknotes and coins replaced national currencies in 12 of the member states. Since then, the eurozone has increased to encompass 18 countries. In 2004, the EU saw its biggest enlargement to date when Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia,Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia joined the Union.
What has European Union done for us?
Safer and Cheaper Flights
The EU has provided us with not only safer flights but also cheaper flights and increased competition between carriers registered in the Member States. Cheaper flights are the knock-on effect of a huge improvement in air traffic management and increased competition.
Student Exchange Programmes
Within the last 10 years the EU has created different education programmes in order to give students the possibility to experience different national cultures and broaden their personal horizon. Up to now 1.2 million students have benefited from the ERASMUS Programme and many more are expected to experience it in the future.
The Single Market
The Single Market is one of a kind as it guarantees ‘free movement' of people, goods, services and capital. At a practical level, it provides the possibility for EU citizens to live, work, study and do business throughout the EU, as well as enjoy a wide choice of competitively priced goods and services.
Protection of Intellectual Property
Intellectual property deals with two areas: industrial property and copyrights. Basically, it means that you are not allowed to use somebody else's ideas, for example, if your best friend has written lyrics to a song, you can not publish it in your name. The EU's efforts in this area have resulted in laws aiming at protecting company's or individual's knowledge.
External Trade
External trade for Europe has always been very important to the success of the European Union. In recent years our level of trade has increased and we are continuing to grow as major players in the world of trade. Today, the EU accounts for 20% of global imports and exports and is now the world's biggest trader.
